Ghana’s Oil Discovery and Natural Resource Curse Nexus

This paper draws on the concept of natural resource curse theory, Dutch disease, to critically review impact Ghana’s oil discovery performance agricultural sector through a desk review. We also combed various directories for articles in academic journals, bulletins, governmental and non-governmental reports magazines any salient data topic. Drawing experiences other countries we argue that dwindling after gas is reflection disease. recommend government take proactive measures ensure balance engineer growth which mainstay majority citizenry. Measures such as youth programmes, planting food jobs, subsidies, recognition successful farmers should be encouraged productive base working propel GDP growth.
